10 Ways to improve your Mindfulness.
I’m sure you’re so sick of hearing that you should try meditation, especially from your (recently) yoga-crazed friends. But mindfulness is a lot more realistic to achieve than the kind of meditation you hear about, it doesn’t require loads of practice. I bet that's a relief! It only takes 30 minutes (or less!) sitting right at your desk at home, work or even in a quiet room.
Similarly, podcasts are a great on-the-go news source. I love listening to Pod casts as it helps me to unwind without completely wasting away in front of the TV. How about you? I have nothing against relaxing that way, but it doesn't feel the same. I’m a big fan of podcasts my favourites are The Good Life Project and TED hour. If I am having to commute, nothing better than sitting and listening to half of it on the way to work, half on the way back, and the stories always appear relatable to a situation been in.

Re-organise your bedroom for a good nights sleep
Prepare your lunch and Dinner
Eat your food away from your desk and take a break.
Set yourself little challenges through the week.
Listen to a Podcast
Revisit your goals
Give yourself a treat.
Connect with an old friend or colleague.
So, I forgot to mention, another option for you would be to go outside. Walk around, sit in the park and read, or go for a leisurely bike ride. Being outdoors for you is good in many ways. Fresh air! It improves creativity, helps us age better, makes us happier, and, it might actually make you want to work out more.
